General information
The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website or engage me for mentoring. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you. Detailed information on the subject of data protection is provided in the sections below.
Data collection on this website
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator (see Section 2). You can find their contact details below and in the legal notice of this website.

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g., names, email addresses).
3. Data collection on this website
Cookies
This website itself does not set non-essential cookies. Some embedded third-party services (e.g., the Cal.com scheduling widget on the booking page) may set cookies in your browser when you interact with them. These are governed by the third party's own privacy policy.
Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser transmits, in so-called server log files. These are:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, secure operation of the website). This data is not merged with other data sources.
4. External services and data processors
Fathom Analytics
I use Fathom Analytics to measure aggregate website usage. Fathom is a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that does not store personal data and does not build cross-site user profiles. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding which content is read). For details: https://usefathom.com/privacy.
Cal.com (scheduling)
I use Cal.com to provide booking functionality. When you use the scheduling widget on this site or open a booking link I share with you, Cal.com collects the personal data you submit (typically name, email address, time zone, and any answers to booking questions). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract and contract performance). Cal.com processes this data in accordance with its privacy policy.
Stripe (payment processing)
When you book a paid session through a Cal.com booking link or pay an invoice via a Stripe-hosted payment link, payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland). The data Stripe processes for the payment typically includes name, email address, billing address, payment-method details (card number, IBAN, or similar), and transaction metadata. Stripe may transfer data to its US parent company under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with statutory record-keeping obligations under German tax law). Details and your rights as a data subject are in Stripe's privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy.
5. Email correspondence
When you email me, the message and your contact details are stored so I can respond and, where a business relationship results, fulfil contractual duties and statutory record-keeping. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contract communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Business correspondence linked to paid engagements is retained for the statutory periods set by German tax and commercial law (typically six to ten years).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have, at any time and free of charge, the right to:
- information about the personal data stored about you (Art. 15)
- correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- deletion of your data, where no statutory retention obligation applies (Art. 17)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- data portability (Art. 20)
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
- withdrawal of any consent you have given, effective for the future (Art. 7(3))
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. For my registered seat in Brandenburg this is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg (LDA Brandenburg).
To exercise any of these rights, please contact me at the address in Section 7.
